We offer comfortable ensuite self-catering accommodation in a peaceful location close to Cambourne, Papworth and Cambridge.

We have two ensuite rooms, one double, and one with a king-size double and a single bed on a mezzanine floor above.

There’s a guest kitchen to enable you to prepare your own breakfast. We provide bread, cereal, milk, fresh-laid eggs, and other essentials for a really nice breakfast. We call this “premium self-catering”, and we aim to make it all as easy and convenient as possible for you. It feels just like bed and breakfast, but without the need to get up and dressed in the morning.

Perfect for families, and ideal for local companies looking for accommodation for visiting contractors and staff, short or long term.

Prices from £75 per room per night, with substantial discounts for longer stays. Payment is welcome by cash or cheque before departure, or by card in full in advance. You can check prices and availability by clicking on your chosen date in the “availability” column on the right.
